I have been trying out Pintrest recipes this month for non-sourdough bread recipes. Last week I made the bread in a bag recipe which was pretty good, but I thought it was a little dry. I let the kids each make a loaf and we turned one into cheese/garlic and the other into caramel/cinnamon bread and both were fabulous. When I went to Sam’s Club yesterday I accidentally bought wheat flour so I tried out a new wheat bread recipe in my bread making machine today and WOW it was so soft and delish. Today was our first cooler fall day and I loved having the smell of fresh bread baking all day while I worked in the office. It took me all of five minutes to load the bread machine before work and it was ready by the time everyone came home from school. I paired it with a pot of lentil soup that I also tried for the first time.
